After inserting a picture in WPS Presentation, we can use the Crop tool to modify the shape and the scale of the picture and make it look better.

Select the picture in the presentation to get into the Picture Tools tab, and click the Crop drop-down button.

There are two different crop modes to choose from, Crop by Shapeand Crop by Scale.

· 1. Crop by Shape

Here, WPS Office provides us with a variety of shapes.

If we want to crop the picture to a rounded rectangle, clickRectangle and select Rounded Rectangle to draw the crop area in the picture.

Use the mouse to drag the cropped area, and click the area outside the picture to complete cropping.

After cropping, when we click the picture again, we will find that a small yellow square is on the picture. Drag it to adjust the radian of the picture.

· 2. Crop by Scale

Select the picture, click the Crop button and then choose Crop by Scale.

Here, we can choose a variety of aspect ratios.

Finally, drag the mouse to modify the clip area.
