We want to print the table on one page, but the table is too large. It is divided into several pages when printed. Then, how can we do? The print scaling feature of WPS Presentation can help you solve this problem quickly.

Take this document as an example. We can see that without scaling, the table will be divided into four pages for printing. Just click the Page Layout tab above, then Page Zoom, and finally click Fit Sheet on One Page. In this way, the table will automatically adapt to the scaling and print on one page.

In addition, in the Page Zoom drop-down menu, we can choose Fit All Columns on One Page or Fit All Rows on One Page. We can also adjust the zoom ratio of the page to the actual situation.

After setting the zoom ratio, click Print Preview to preview the print effect in advance. We can also set page zoom in the upper right corner of the preview interface.
