Microsoft Excel doesn't support reading mode without plug-ins, while WPS Spreadsheets has the function of Reading Layout.

Take this table as an example.

1. Click the View tab, and click the Reading Layout button to select a preferred color.

2. When you click a cell, the row and column it lies in are highlighted.You can easily find the selected cell, which seems like a star in the spotlight, and visual fatigue can be reduced at the same time.
