Easy way to insert handwriting signature in word
Step-1: In a WPS word document go to insert and at the right corner you will find sign. Click on it and you will get an option as create signature.

Step-2: On clicking the create signature option, you will find a popup window where you will get 3 options to create your signature.
Step-3: Select handwriting option to insert a handwriting signature.

Step-4: Insert your signature by touchpad or writing tool and click ok.
Easy way to insert signature as image in word document
Step-1: In word document, go to insert and at the right corner you will find sign as the previous. On clicking sign, ‘create signature’ will appear.
Step-2: You will find 3 options when you will click the create signature option.

Step-3: On image option you can insert your signature image from your computer in word document.

Step-4: Scan your signature or take a picture of your signature and upload in WPS word document.
Step-5: You can crop and adjust image as you want.
Easy way to insert digital signature in word
Step-1: At the right corner of insert tab you will find sign. On click sign, ‘create signature’ option appears where there are 3 options for input signature.
Step-2: The first option “Input” is for inserting digital signature. Write down your name or signature in the text box. There is option to change the style.

Step-3: Once you have written your signature and finished styling, click ok. You will have your signature in your word document. There is also some option to adjust and crop your digital signature.
