6.It shows a schedule of classes. Click Convert to Excel, then click on Confirm to retain the table format while extracting text. We can observe that the converted table's design is unchanged from the original.

7.In addition to the methods listed above, there are two other ways to start the OCR function. Click OCR Area to select the area from which you wish to extract the text, and then from the drop-down menu, choose Screen captures OCR or Hide current window when grabbing OCR.

8.Next, move the mouse pointer over the spot where you want the text to be retrieved. A different option is to select the OCR option from the shortcut menu on the right.
