2. Click the Menu button in the upper-left corner, and select Options in the drop-down list.

3. In the Options dialog, select Customize Ribbons on the left list.

4. Click the Choose commands from drop-down menu and select All tabs.

5. Locate the Developer (Tool tab) option, and click it. Keep the Customize Ribbon option as Main tabs, click the tab behind which you want to place the Developer tab in the ribbon and click Add.

6. Finally, click OK to activate the Developer tab. Now we can see the tab displayed in the ribbon.
